- Member of original AE group that created the RCE Designation over a period of seven years.
- Worked on achieving or expanding numerous Association Executive professional development opportunities and initiatives.
- Instrumental in expansion of/change from term Executive Officer to Association Executive – to include all executives in REALTOR®
- Golden R President’s Circle RPAC Major Investor.
- Developed the largest local International Real Estate Council and Annual Congress in the U.S., winning multiple national and international awards, and has initiated partnerships with 256 international organizations throughout the world.
- Negotiated the largest and fastest merger in NAR history at the time, bringing together 23,000 REALTORS® and creating the largest local REALTOR® association in the nation in 2010. The association then doubled in size in six years to 46,000 members, and has continued to grow.
- She has received numerous leadership and business development awards from local, state, national and international organizations.
- Presented numerous leadership and professional development seminars at state, national and international association meetings and public venues across the U. S., Latin America, Europe, and Asia and has written a number of articles on association management and leadership.
- Has helped numerous AE’s develop successful international programs and councils and shared her knowledge and success stories regarding global business and activities to better serve their members and to promote the REALTOR® organization worldwide.
- Served as 2012 Global Business & Alliances Chairman for the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), twice as NAR Liaison for the President to International and Resort Divisions and Committees, on the NAR Enlarged Leadership Team and the Executive Committee, Chairman of the Association Executives nationally, and Chairman of the Board for the Florida Society of Association Executives.
